Why does the timber of my product look different to the images displayed?

As timber is a natural material the appearance varies in colour, texture, specs, marks and grains as each piece of wood is different and like no other. Whilst we always use the same finishes on our timber to the product displayed, there will be slight differences to each final product.

 

Can my timber change overtime?

Timber is a natural material meaning it can lighten and darker throughout time. By treating and maintaining your products properly you can extend its life span.

 

Why is my product so heavy?

Moodee furniture uses solid timber along with other materials such as stone and glass to create our pieces. This ensures the products stand the test of time and are of quality.

 

Can we customise timber colours to the products?

Unfortunately, at this stage we will only be offering the colours and finishes we have designed and used for the products – if there is an option this will be located once you have clicked on the product to view.


Returns:

Can we return an item if we change our mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, sizing of the product or appearance of timber and stone. The size of our products is specified in the product description so that customers can measure before purchasing. Stone and timber vary in appearance meaning no piece is ever the same.

 

What if my product has been delivered damaged? 

If your product has been damaged during manufacturing and or delivery (photos will need to be provided to determine if and when the damaged has occurred) we will happily accept your return/exchange.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Sydney wide, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne.

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Can I change my address?

If you need to change your address, please contact us at info@moodeefurniture.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change this.
